Scope and early-stage service

The Sites provide introductory industrial linear-motion technical information and a structured RFQ channel for manual review. They are not an automated marketplace. We do not promise a response, supplier introduction, product availability, compatibility, delivery period, price, quotation or transaction outcome.

RFQ is not an order

An RFQ submission is a request for review only, not an accepted purchase order, quotation, contract of sale, payment or commitment to supply. Any later arrangements, including which party supplies any product and the governing commercial terms, must be agreed separately in writing by the actual parties. DrKu Technology Limited is not automatically the manufacturer, product seller or authorised OEM agent by operating these Sites.

Engineering and product suitability

Guidance is general educational and procurement information, not a certified design, safety approval or promise of interoperability. Confirm loads, moments, dimensions, precision, life, lubrication, operating environment, mounting and safety margins using the actual manufacturer documentation and qualified professional review. Do not rely solely on apparent dimensional similarity between brands.

Brand references

Manufacturer names, trademarks, model numbers and examples are used for identification and information. Their inclusion does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, authorised distributorship or guaranteed availability.

Acceptable use

Only submit accurate information that you have the right to provide. Do not upload malicious content, unrelated special-category personal data, unauthorised confidential specifications or unlawful material. We may decline enquiries or restrict misuse subject to applicable law.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, site copy and original site materials belong to their respective rightsholders. Do not reproduce our original materials beyond uses permitted by applicable law without permission; third-party marks remain their respective owners' property.

Availability and liability

We take reasonable steps to keep the Sites available but may change, suspend or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude implied assurances that site content is complete, error-free or suitable for a particular application. Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Our statements do not exclude or limit liability to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Any separate quotation or supply agreement will require its own terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Subject to applicable mandatory consumer, data-protection and other non-excludable rules, these Terms are governed by Hong Kong law and disputes relating to the website Terms are subject to the courts of Hong Kong. Any later product sale or supply agreement may have separate agreed terms.
